live-out letter

please correct my grammar thanks

Dear Mr. manager
I would like to request your good office to allow me to have a live-out status including housing and transport allowance.
The reasons why I want to request is I’m having a hard time cooking, washing clothes and using comfort room, it is far from our room. Aside from that it consumes too much time going back and port to our work place. Every time we’re having overtime I’m having lack of sleep due to late shuttle arrival in our accommodation and I need to wake up early in order not to be left by the shuttle bus in the following day. Those things everyday can be a hindrance in our performance as a technician.
I will be very grateful if you grant my humble request. I am hoping for your kind and willful approval regarding this request.
