Little help for my Little coverring letter :)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the position of "French online games support Agent" as I find the position very interesting and appropriate to my ambitions.

I think my experience will be beneficial, indeed, this year, I worked as a maintenance technician for many companies because I was in temporary work but since March to September, I was a software and hardware hotline technician so I know the rules of the customer support and how it works.

Also, I think this job will be for me a great opportunity to combine my work skills with one of my passion, online video games.
