Little for countable noun ?

I know that " few" is used with countable nouns and "little" for uncountable nouns, but what drives me mad is that I found a title of a lesson " Life's little lessons".Is this correct ?.

Lessons carries the "s" of the plural, can't we say "Life's few Lessons" ?

It's perfectly correct, but "little" there refers to the size(maybe even importance) of the lessons, not how many of them there are.
