Literature on allophonics

Hello

I was wondering if there is any literature available on allophonic spelling of English words.
Perhaps a book full of commonly heard phrases transcribed allophonically for people who wish to
improve their pronunciation on an advanced level?

Has anyone heard of such a thing/book? Or perhaps any other ideas to learn this?
