Lists of countable and uncountable nouns

Hi,

I'd like to know if I can write 'There is some bread, ham, cheese and tomatoes.' or if I need to separate the countable and the uncountable nouns 'There is some bread, ham and cheese and there are some tomatoes.'

Thank you
