If you have a list of items, and the last word or phrase in the list completes a sentence, do you add a puntuation after the last word. For example:
A few examples of what we have paid for include:
• books
• software
• lab equipment
• pool rental and much, much more.

In your example, I definitely wouldn't include the period, because I like all the items in the list to 'look' the same.
Consider also that what you have written is not really a sentence in the grammatical sense. A sentence is not formatted with bullet points and items on separate likes.

Ah yes, I didn't really consider the actual wording of the last item. When you say 'here are a few examples', the reader understands that that there are many more examples, so you don't have to say the latter.
I'd just say this.
Here are a few examples of what we have paid for.
• books
• software
• lab equipment
• pool rental
