Listing pizza toppings

Hi. How would you write this?

Hi, everyone. We are in for something special. We have some money left over and we are going to order a large pizza. We also are going to throw in a large bag of chips and 30-ounce-sized Pepsi.

For toppings, is it OK for us to put sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and olives. Do you have preferances for any other toppings?

I am not sure but the word "onions" could be written "onion" since we have the word "sausage" in its general form (in comparison to its individual form (as I think it is) "sausage." I don't think the word "pepperoni" functions the same as the "sausage."

Can we also write like this?

In a large bowl, put sausages, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, and olives and chop them into small pieces.

The first list is fine as it is, but 'onion' would be better. 'Pepperoni', 'sausage' and 'onion' function in the same way; unless you are placing entire sausages, pepperonis or onions on the pizza or in the bowl, use those words in their uncountable form. PS: It is difficult to chop ingredients after they are in the bowl.

Hi. Thank you for your help. I also enjoyed your humor. Yes, it would be hard to chop once they are in there, wouldn't it?

Also, I didn't mean to say "30-ounce-sized Pepsi" since I didn't think (and still don't think) Pepsi comes in a 30-ounce bottle. Sorry.
