Listing personal strengths

Hi teachers,

One of the threads has the following sentences listing personal strengths. And I just wonder why "accept" and "deliver" are used since the rest of the strenghts being described are of "noun phrase"? Thank you.

TEXT:

"My personal strengths are a positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, accept challenging assignments, ability to focus my energy and firm’s resources on the desired objectives, and deliver results."
