I work as a waitress at a hotel.

(1) Did the woman really say the two articles?

So that's a very stressful job?

(2) Did the woman really say the article?

(skipped) Well, just getting everything done on time and getting all the customers fed at the same time. ??? really busy and things like that.

(3) Did the woman say getting or only get?

(4) I couldn't catch the two words the woman'd said. I heard it as "you has really busy" but I knew it was wrong.
