I've heard this conversation several times and I don't understand the whole sentences. If anyone can help me, I appreciate.

Here's what I could get:

Well someone new has been added. And who are you?

My name is nurse Warner and I work here I am not an inmate.

So are we all. Not inmates but here we are.

I'm Rafael Corollo. Professor Corollo, if you will, former biologist. My work was stolen by my colleagues who shortly thereafter had me declared hopelessly insane.

Nurse: I see it all now. Dr. Mangrove warehouses helpless people like you me and David Emerson.
