Speech & Pronunciation

Listening audio ("ax", "axing"...)

Could somebody please listen to this audio and write it for me?

"This is about my ax spelling, isn't it?"

"We've sent an... down to the station".

That's all I can understand although doesn't make sense.

Thanks in advance.

To me, it sounds like:
"This is about my access bill, isn't it?"
"We received an alarm call down at the station."

Maybe.

What is "access bill"? I didn't find in the dictionary.

The woman the says that works in a bank.

This part makes sense:
"We received an alarm call down at the station."

It's a police officer saying.
