Can native speakers hear clearly the unstressed syllables so that we can check out some unknown words or phrases while listening radio programs?

I'm not sure what you're getting at, but yes, we can hear the unstressed syllables. We can hear all the syllables. I'm sure that you can hear them, too. Hearing syllables or even hearing words

If you're willing to keep trying different spellings of the word, you should be able to find it in a dictionary. If you aren't sure what the last vowel in "lettuce" is, for example, you could end up looking up "lettace", "lettece", "lettice", lettoce",
