Listening

I want to improvew my listening skills. I do not have any issue in listening when some one speak slowly but when It comes to fast listening, Its very difficult for me to handle it out. I tried to listen songs and movies, but most of time I can not catch the words..

Please tell me how I can improve my listening.

Hi Sachin I've always found audio books to be extremely helpfull. In movies and songs It's not always necessary to understand every word, to get the meaning, but it is in books. So in audio books they usually slow down when speaking.
