Grammar

Listening

Hello everyone,
I'm an Italian student and I've studied english for about 8 years...
English has always been my favourite subject thus I've decided to enter in this forum..
Today my question is, How can I improve my English?
We've just finished all the grammar, but I think that It's not enough... Because listening songs and watching films I'm aware that there are a lot of constructin grammar that I'm not able to do..
Moreover I'm not very good about listening... How can I improve it? Are there any tv programs that I could see with subtitles?

I look forward to your reply...

Hi Seth - Welcome to the forums! Listening and speaking are (to me) the most challenging skills in learning a new language. For English language TV with subtitles in Italian, you will probably have to look for sites in Italy that have recordings.

Thanks a lot for the answer,
one last question, is there a "discussion area" in which I can talk (writing) with everybody?

Yes, look for the link "Chat" in the upper right hand side of the page.
In the evening ( US east coast time), there are usually a native speaker or two chatting.
