Listen to someone do

Hello.

I would like to ask whether "listen to" can be used in the same way as "hear".

1. I heared him sing a song.

2, I listened to him sing a song.

Is it possible to say "listen to A do" in both in American and British English?

Thank you.

I think "listen" is the activity you do intentionally while "hear" isnt.

For example: The construction is next to my house, so I heart a lot of noice this morning.

I'm listening an English song.
