Listed As (A) Teacher

"On the application form, she listed her occupation as teacher."

"On the application form, she listed her occupation as a teacher."

"On the application form, she listed herself as teacher."

"On the application form, she listed herself as a teacher."

This is truly confusing. Could all four be correct?
