List of setences I've been wondering about (30 senteces)

Can someone take a look at some of these and tell me what they think.
  • I'm trying to get closer to my parents. We've grown apart. OK
  • I asked myself how long my boyfriend and I will would stay together.
  • She made it so that if someone wanted to access her computer, they couldn't. OK
  • I'd like to know if its 5h15pm or 5h20 pm. OK
  • He is able to provide his house as a surety that his son will pay his rent. I don't know
  • Funny, there are more fries in a small fry than there are chips in a medium chips. (Fast food chain) OK
  • I swallowed the food the wrong way/The food went down the wrong way/pipe/tube. I don't know
  • I punched him to teach him a lesson but not as/so hard as to knock him cold out. I didn't want to hurt him to a point where he'd have to go to the hospital. Don't know
  • You'll use (up) the parquet more if the size of the apartment is smaller than if its bigger as you walk over the same planks more. (Is USE UP the right word?) I don't know

That's a lot of sentences to check. The teachers don't have that much free time on their hands to go over them all in one sitting. Maybe you ought to consider breaking them up into smaller portions (of six sentences) ?

That's a lot of sentences to check. The teachers don't have that much free time on their hands to go over them all in one sitting. Maybe you ought to consider breaking them up into smaller portions (of six sentences) ?

Just a couple of observations.

1) Some of your sentences were awkwardly constructed and sounded like finger nails on the blackboard.

2) Therefore, you have way too many questions to sort through.

3) You don't seem to be able to absorb the answers given to you.

I've looked through them and some look iffy, could you just quickly go through them, I've made it clear and double spaced. Put a OK next the the ones that are fine and some have alternatives. If you don't mind.
