Linguistic error

Can you please help me to identify the error in these examples of a chinese second language learner?
I saw a few movie.
You like hamburger, isn't it?
Today, I mow grass, and you clean dog house.
I think the error is semantics, Am I correct?

This isn't homework, is it? No, the errors are just grammatical: I saw a few movies. You like hamburger(s), don't you?
