"... Line x", uppercase?
When refering to a specific line in an algorithm do I have to write it uppercase like refering to a theorem?
E.g.:
See Line 3 in Algorithm 4.
As already seen in Lemma 4...

I was taught to capitalize Figure 4 or Table 2 , so I would say yes. That's primarily from science; I don't know the advanced mathematical standards.
