Limber up

Hi,

Do you use the phrase 'limber up' when you do gentle exercises before a work-out?

"Wait, I have to limber up before we start working out." I know that I could just use the word 'stretch' but I came across this phrase quite recently and it really piqued my interest.

Thank you.

"Limber up" is a fancy term and would typically be used in a ballet class, rather and for personal exercise: "Remember, we always limber up before doing anything."
