Likened

He likened Lisa to XYZ, as also Linda to ABC.

While saying he's likening two different people to two different things, would it be better to connect them with 'as also', as I've done. Would that be better than 'and'?

Thanks. So you're saying 'and' is enough to connect them and we don't need 'as also'? I assumed 'as also' served the same purpose?

No, as also is just plain awkward here, and I'n not sure the grammar is good, either. You may be able to use it in other structures.
