I am probably/possibly/perhaps the first person to ask this question.

He is most likely an Australian than an African.

I am a likely/probable/possible moderator of this forum. Perhaps, after 5 years.

He is most likely to be released before June.

He is likely to be released before June.

He is more likely to be released before June.
