What's the difference here:

I didn't know you liked baseball. And I didn't know you like baseball.

And

I didn't know you had a bf. And I didn't know you have a bf.

There is no difference in intent. Native speakers tend to regress the subordinate verb, particularly with 'think' and 'know'.
