Like, wish, call

I know the following two idioms:
As you like
As you wish
but I don't know what is the difference in meaning between both of them.

Someone told me in the US, they don't use any of the above. They use " it is your call"?
She told me it means it is your choice, is she correct?

"As you wish" is a bit more powerful but they both mean the same thing. I can't think of a exception at this moment at least. "
