As for TV obsessed do you find it totally incorrect?I had hoped it would be ok. I liked an element of madness in it:)
As for the other programme it offers a short introduction to a specific comedy by commenting on its success, the cast, etc. Then the comedy is broadcast.
In my native language "wink" would suggest that you are joking. Is this effect achieved by
"TV-obsessed" is OK (with the required hyphen), but it has no zing. Perhaps you are unaware that "happy" means "obsessed" in this context ( http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/happy def. 4c). "Mad" is not used in America that way.
