Happy new year to all. May this year on English Forums be as good as the years that have passed us at the blink of an eye!

Please can you tell me which you would use of the below, if any, and why?

Many thanks.

a) I have never met someone who is interested in talking about the same things as me for hours at a time, like the time when we were in the hotel lobby, and the time we were at Gran's house, watching Opera.

b) I have never met someone who is interested in talking about the same things as me for hours at a time-- like the time when we were in the hotel lobby, and the time we were at Gran's house, watching Opera.

c) I have never met someone who is interested in talking about the same things as me for hours at a time. Like the time when we were in the hotel lobby. And the time we were at Gran's house, watching Opera.

d) ?
