Like he hates me

Are all these sentences correct:

1-He will hate you like he hates me.
2-He will hate you as he hates me.
3-He will hate you as he does me.

4-He will hate you, like he hates me.
5-He will hate you, as he hates me.
6-He will hate you, as he does me.

The first three are supposed to mean: he will hate you in the same way he hates me. (manner adverbial)
The second three are supposed to mean: he hates me and he will hate you to.

I still subscribe to the opinion that as is the proper word here, but I know that many respected grammarians disagree with me. So, I would reject only #1 and #4.
