Like a blown up balloon

Hi

Is the underlined sentence natural? Any other suggestions are welcome.

A - I drink 4 to 6 glasses of water on an empty stomach every morning.
B - I see. How does it feel?
A - For about half an hour, I feel like a blown up balloon.

or (I feel blown up)?

(B means to say, he feels too heavy.)
