0 Clive, for the first time since I starting coming here, I find myself in disagreement with you. Perhaps you hadn't had your morning coffee and missed that extra 01font00'd02font00, but I find "we'd didn't pump" is a bizarre, non-standard consturction, and not simple past. "We didn't pump" or "We hadn't pumped" but not "We had did not pump" is just
