00Further to our site inspection with Mr.ABC, Mr. XYZ and us concerning of two nos of lighting fault at lift lobby of tower C, 13/F and tower E, 9/F respectively on 18 Dec 2007 , the lightings fault have been verified as the problem of product quality and are still pending for replacement. Unfortunately, a same type of lighting fault at lift lobby of Tower A, 19/F has occurred again on 10 Jan 2007. The rectification work to the aforesaid issues have not been made up to now. We would be grateful if you could assist us to rectify this problem asap to mitigate any inconvenience to our owner.00 00 00 00 0-
