Hello,
Plz tell me ...if there will be sudden electricity failure how is this expressed in english. If kids have to express such a situation.

'Lights out' is an order to turn the lights out.

eg You might say it to your child at bed-time.

We usually say 'power cut' in the UK.

I agree 'lights out' is not a way to express this.
