light or lightly

If it is warm outside should I "dress light" or "dress lightly"? If I am not hungry will I "eat light" or "eat lightly"? A link to an authoritative source would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. I tried posting this once, but I believe I flubbed it. If this is the second appearance, my apologies!
