LIFESTYLE

Could you help me to find the correct word to complete this sentence?

In Spain ................. is quite different from England.

(I want to express the following idea: life in my country is different from life in England. For example, meal times are different, people usually go home at lunch time, lunch is the most important meal of the day, at night we go to bed really late, etc. )

Can I say LIFESTYLE here?

And what about the expression WAY OF LIFE? Does it exist in English or am I doing a literal translation from Spanish?

TIA
