You should always write in the active voice to preserve clarity rather than the passive voice. So, "never is it going to be easier" is passive. You should word it as. "it is never going to be easier. . .". Also, the above commenter was correct in saying you have a comma splice. The sentence could read. "It is never going to be easier, but you are going to be stronger".
