I hope someone else read that as I did. That's a headline from the newspaper here. My first reaction was "Why are rebels attacking the library?"

chuckle - spot on. Probably protesting against another increase in fines. I think I'll hang on to my books for another week as a gesture of solidarity. I'm not one to shirk my duty when it's time to man the barricades.
