Lexeme

Lexeme - a word, a basic lexical unit, the first word put as an entry in the dictionary.

Inflectional/grammatical word - a word derived from the lexeme by inflection to introduce, for example, the tense or plurality.

Orthographic word - a word written according to spelling norms.

Word, phrase, clause - lexical and syntactic forms performing syntax functions (subject, object, predicator, etc) in sentences/clauses.

Constituent - a word, phrase or clause that can be parsed as a form (category) and/or a function in the sentence/clause.
