Hi, I'm from Vietnam,

Today I read on forum these sentences

Why don't you use English textbooks to teach your math students?
That's is the most effective way. You can go to Ebay and find some of
math text books dirt cheap. Don't start re-inventing the wheel when others already did. That's what we call "leveraging" in English

I understand the meaning of re-inventing the wheel, I searched "leveraging" in dictionary, but, I can't understand the meaning of "leveraging".

Anyone can explains for me, please?

Thanks for your helping

Hi, Clive,

Hi,

Can't think of a single word. You could say something like 'taking advantage of work already done by other people', I suppose.
