Hey everyone! Will you please correct the following part of my letter to my Aussie pen pal? I'd be very pleased to receive as many comments on my errors and way of writing as possible

Thanks very much for taking the trouble to correct it!

The ground's finally covered in snow here in Moscow now. Although threre were a few snowfalls in November all the snow that fell at the time thawed very quickly because the cold temperatures didn't last for long. According to the long-range weather forecast on the Internet, cold weather (by cold I mean freezing temperature) is going to last for a long time. That's good! If the temperature is below zero in the coming days our public ice skating rink might be perfused (I'm not really sure the verb 'perfuse' makes any sense here) with ice soon. What's the weather like out there in Sydney? I guess it must be very hot in Sydney now. How many degress is the sea temperature?
I took a Maths test on Thursday (December 1). There were 6 sums in it. I managed to solve only 4. Hope I solved them all correctly. If so, I might get a good grade. How's school going for you now? Are you still enjoying your short holidays? What's your life been like since you last wrote?
My sister's suddenly gotten sick today. She suddenly felt bad while in university. She took her temperature when she came home. It was rather high. She's now in bed taking medicine. That she's sick now is no good. We were going to my Uncle's to celebrate his birthday which was on Monday. Whether we will go or not is in question at the moment. My Mom won't go if my sister's running a high temperature tomorrow. I'll probably go with my Dad. So, we've yet to decide.
I went swimming to a pool in the morning, so I'm beat now. I'm going to bed now. Talk to you later.

I've spent the whole day shopping. My Dad and me went to downtown Moscow to one of the most famous Russian shopping centers. Seeing that I had no winter jacket and the temperature outside was -3C, I had to buy a new winter jacket. I may already have told you that a friend of mine and I went to this shopping mall to buy It was then that I decided to look for a new winter jacket. I saw a good one in the shop called "New Yorker". I hadn't been to that shop before, so I first thought it was American (I didn't see it while in Toronto though). Later I discovered that it was German. Coming round to the jacket, I saw a good jacket in "New Yorker" on Thursday and the price looked really cheap for one of Moscow's central shopping malls. I remembered the price and the style of that jacket and decided to tell my Dad about it. My Dad was pleased to learn that I'd found a good cheap winter jacket and said that we'd go and try it on next weekend. Today, like I said, we went shopping and decided to drop in at "New Yorker". I tried on the jacket I'd seen a week ago. Both my Dad and me agreed that it suited me fine and seemed to be of good quality.
After buying the winter jacket, we decided to drop by at the sports shop close to our apartment to buy a couple of inner soles for my winter shoes. A saleswoman showed us a lot of inner soles. We liked the inner soles made of furskin but decided not to buy them today because temperatures aren't very low now. Just no need to buy additional inner soles now. BTW, have you ever been to "Bluewater" in England? As far as I'm aware it's Europe's largest indoor shopping center. Since you like shopping and expensive clothing I think you've been there.
