My name is John Adam and I am a resident of Castle Street, Delhi. I am writing this letter to complain about garbage problem in our area which has caused many illnesses.
People keep refuse including waste, plastic and spoiled vegetables on the side of the main street, instead of putting it in their bins. This results in terrible smell in the whole area due to which many people struggle to take breathe.
Mosquitoes and other flies have become common due to which many people are suffering from malaria and diarrhea. My own daughter has been admitted in a hospital for the last few days as she was bitten by mosquitoes.
You are requested to place commercial dustbins on either side of the street, otherwise it will be difficult for us to continue our life here. You can send your team tomorrow who can estimate the required expenses and observe the prevailing situation.
