Dear Mr. Ambassador,

I’m very sorry to have to address you this request because I know it’s not in the framework of your activities, but I will be very grateful if you can try something for a problem that my capacity seem to have been limited to resolve. I’m a student at the High School of Agronomic of the University of Lome.

I need your help to renew my principal work tool, my computer, according to your own convenience, in kind or cash. Since the end of the first semester of this academic year 2016/17, I was blocked in all my activities. I’ve try and sincerely I’ve done all what I can but it’s very difficult for us to join jobs and school. Today I don’t have any more enough time to renew it by my effort because of my refresher training which is program for the end of this second semester. And I can’t do it without a computer.

I appeal to your Excellency to extend your usual generosity to me and I hope the best to obtain your approval.
