When writing to a client is it correct to say:-
Thank you for meeting with Kirk and myself
or
Thank you for meeting with me and Kirk.

Also,
when requesting a person to sign a document
I would be grateful if you could please review and sign the attached

Or
I would be grateful if you would please sign
