Dear Teachers, Could you please check the below letter for any errors?
Hi sir,
I have called X (Vendor) on toll-free, regarding the problem we are facing on below mentioned projector. The following details have been(was) shared by X Technical Team OR I have been shared the following details by X Technical Team OR I was shared the following details by X Technical Team.
1. According to them, based on initial diagnosis, the projector should have problem with either Base or Lamp.
2. They will not send any technician to check the projector since it’s out of warranty.
3. Since the projector has only two replacement parts (the lamp and Base), they will send the quote of both parts. Once we approve the quotation, they will forward the details to their sales team. The sales team will contact us and a technician will come with parts to repair the projector and will replace the defective part. We will have to pay the cost of part replaced.
4. They will send quote including labor charges within 2 business days.
