I am writing a letter to you require compensation for damage property, taken place at the time of travelling by bus of your company.
Actually,I travelled from Sydeny to Adelaide by the bus no XU 4301 on 23rd December 21010.Before the trip I passed my suitcase to the driver.Who help me to place my suitcase in the luggage place. After arrive the driver open this compartment. I saw that the my new and branded suitcase was smashed under the pressure of other luggage.
My suitcase was quite firm and very beautiful in red colour and design. However, I obviously has not been designed to resist such a weight on it. I really very depressed because I can't use any more broken suitcase.Its handled was broken and wheels were two out of four.
Since damage stated above caused by the careless action for your employer. I would like to require a compensation about $ 200 actually its the real price of my suitcase. Please, delivered the check written above .
