Would appreiate if someone can check on the below:
Shipping Agent has called us and informed that you have already gave them green light to collect the rejected cargo from us. Since this is the case, we assumed that you have accepted the rejected powder and we will only pay you total amount of USD9,000. Please confirm this by 17th December or issue us the credit note of total USD30,000.
If there is no reply by 17th December, we will assume that you have agreed to accept our payment to you for total amount of USD9000.
