Letter writer Gan Kok Tiong

In a letter published by TODAY, letter writer Gan Kok Tiong referred to Central Provident Board’s recent analysis of withdrawal trends that show that 58 per cent of those aged between 55 and 70 have withdrawn cash from their CPF savings since they turned 55.

Shouldn't it be a letter writer, Gan Kok Tiong, instead?

Thanks.

No. This is the same situation as you asked about in another post.
