Letter with "everything is well with you"

Hi,

Is "I hope everything is well with you" is okay? I am writing to a manager in one company, about my application status.
I had a conversation over the phone 2months ago, and I want to inquire the status of my application..
Any suggestion..

Thank you very much

Hi, 'I hope everything is well with you' is not appropriate. It's something you would say to a personal friend. Stiick to the point.
