Permission For Factory Visit
As a secretary of electronic engineering society from Tunku Abdul Rahman college. I would like to enquire the permission for visit yours factory. The purpose of visit yours company is to observe the workings of an automated production line.
2. Regarding the factory visit, we suggest the factory visit will conduct on 1 February 2009 from 9am to 3pm. Beside we will have 30 student and lecturer will attend to your company to see the automated technology hat you are using in automated production line. Below are some the information that we need you to reply:
a. the possibility date and time is convenient?
b. isit the number of people/student is over?
c. the entire that we should wear?
d. Isit the taking Picture is allow?
3. our semester holiday will on 23 January to 8 February 2008. So I hope that you can reply before 23 January 2009.
