I need to ask the dean for permission to shift courses. is this letter alright or do i still need changes? thank you very much.

I am Karl Matthew G. Bugayong, an incoming sophomore student this school year. I would like to ask permission to shift my course from Physical Education to Sports Science because Sports Science is my dream course since I was in high school. There were no more available slots in Sports Science last year and the College of Human Kinetics gave Physical Education as my course.
