Letter to the dean of a student leaving the course

okay... here it is

I am writing this letter of consent for my son (name of child) if he is qualify to shift his course from BSME to BSCoE because he is struggling with certain aspect of the course.

I have learned that he is not happy for that and want to shift his course to computer related which he has much interest.
