Letter to the administrator

Hi,

I missed a CAT and had to reseat my paper but my final transcript showed missing mark (or rather ‘F’). I addressed my lecture and he told me to write a letter to the administrator for the correction

Here is the sample:( can anyone correct me?)

I am an MBChB student in 2nd year of study. I am hereby writing this letter asking for correction on Anatomy marks.
